For the armed forces community
Supporting your transition to civilian life.
Leaving the forces changes more than your career — it changes your routine, your identity, and your finances. Our seminars are designed to support your financial wellbeing and personal development as you move into your next chapter, at a subsidised cost to serving and former personnel.
Why we do this
Does your unit have grey space in the battle rhythm for personal development?
Financial wellbeing is often overlooked, yet it's one of the biggest contributors to stress. Unit welfare teams can signpost personnel to support services, but they can't provide regulated financial advice themselves — that gap is exactly what this programme was built to close. Educate2Trade has partnered with a qualified FCA-regulated Financial Adviser to deliver Financial Wellbeing & Personal Development Seminars across the Armed Forces, giving personnel trusted, professional financial education in a structured, impartial and engaging environment.
Who's behind it
Built with someone who has seen it from the inside.
This programme was shaped in partnership with a former member of the Adjutant General's Corps (Staff and Personnel Support) [AGC (SPS)], who spent years supporting serving personnel and saw first-hand the financial pressures that can affect people at every rank — budgeting challenges, debt, gambling-related issues, or simply not knowing where to turn for trusted financial guidance. Welfare teams could signpost support, but regulated financial advice was always out of reach. That first-hand understanding of the gap is what led to this partnership with Educate2Trade, pairing military experience with a qualified FCA-regulated Financial Adviser to deliver seminars personnel can actually trust.

How it works
Simple, subsidised, and built around you.
Seminars run in small groups, in person and online, so there's room for real conversation, not a lecture.
Subsidised pricing keeps seminars accessible to serving and former armed forces personnel and their families — contact us for current availability and cost.
No obligation — attending a seminar does not require enrolling in any course, diploma, or the ELCAS-funded programme.
Delivered by people who understand the forces community, including team members who have supported service leavers directly.
